Teen Top is No.1!

Angels the wait is finally over! Teen Top is back with their 1st full length album 'No1!' and they will definitely shake things up! Although I was familiar with Teen Top before, I love 'To You' and 'Crazy', I wasn't an Angel but after the release of their new album let me just say that they gain one more fan!
Teen Top made an 180% transformation. From cute boys they became men. Just look their jacket photos and you wil agree with me. Before the release of their new album, they pre-released the song 'I wanna love'. The song and the mv were T-O-P (any reference to Big Bang's T.O.P. is just a coincidence). Perfect upbeat song, the mv was filmed in Hong Kong and Niel's part is my favorite! I believe this song was just a taste to inform us that Teen Top will be different from now on. Well change is always for the best!
Their new song 'Miss Right' is also a dance track with funky beats and cool rhythm. In the mv the boys look for Miss Right who in this case is actress Shin Bora. We see them being bored in the classroom but as soon as Shin Bora arrives they all get interested in her. The funniest parts are probably Chunji pretended to sleep so he could see the girl taking her clothes off ( Naughty Chunji ) and also Teen Top jumping and making silly things in the locker room. I think L. Joe made a lot of girls either go 'aaww' or flipping tables when he kinda kissed Shin Bora. It wasn't a directly kiss though. A huge mask was in the middle so no harm girls!
The highlight of the mv, in my opinion, is the choreogrpahy. Teen Top has always and I mean always the best choreographies! They are the only ones who can perform this groovy/smoothy I - dont - know - how - to - call - it - dance. Niel is the master of this dance but I like that Chunji has some spotlight too.
As for the album is a masterpiece! All the songs are amazing. Seriously the whole album is perfection. Listen to 'Missing You' or 'Hello' if you want to get emotional or 'Why' and 'So Sweet' to dance all night.

Nu'Est Time!

 

Maybe the title resembles Nu'est's mini concert title 'Show Time Nu'Est Time!' but I admit that it fits perfectly for the boys! After a 6 months hiatius Nu'est came back with their second mini album 'Hello' which is also the title track. 

The teaser photos gave us a hint about Nu'est new song. The photos showed Nu'est with sad faces and tears in their eyes. So it's no wonder that the song it's not a dance song but a mid-tempo ballad. It has a nice melody that calms you down and I'm glad that they give the chance to Aron to sing in English again.

About the mv I like it less than the song. The director wanted 'cheating' to be the main concept of the mv. Although it's common to see Korean music videos in which the members are dating the same boy/girl, I find it weird to see one woman cheating all the members in the mv. In fact the scene when she was hugging Minhyuk and also kissing JR was..strange. But on the other hand it's nice to see different things in music videos and not the same thing over and over again. The things I like the most were, first the beginning. Just the scene of a man and a woman standing in the snow and the girl giving back her ring, with no sound it's good (to me). Also finally! We have a member kissing (literally) the girl he likes. We don't get to see that very often as fans might be upset but it's great to portray true moments of a realtionship.

Nu'est performances are based on the mv's choreography and it's totally awesome. It's like watching a mini musical. First we see Minhyuk sitting on a table and singing to a girl, then Baekho comes, dancing with other 2 dancers. I didn't know how good at dancing Baekho is! He's totally synchronized and has a great rythm. My favorite part is when they do the 'mirror' dance at the second chorus and also when they grab their ties. Just those little details make a dance a whole better! Of course the 'fast feet movement' is excellent performed and the 'head turning' it's the perfect ending.

B.A.P takes a Shot

B.A.P has made their official return with their new mini album 'One Shot' and they definitely know how to make a strong impression! Their new concept is neither powerful nor aegyo. Is manly all over the place and let me tell you that they pull this concept off. I mean only B.A.P can do so many different styles of music and themes and nevertheless look so great at it. It's like every time they are on studio, they create awesome music and they know babyz will embrace it with arms wide open.
Their new album contains some of the best songs you have ever heard, result of the amazing job they have done. Listen to 'Zero' and you won't be disappointed. I'm not gonna talk about the other songs as I think it's best to listen them yourself and make your own judgemennt.
Let's talk though how amazing/fierce/dramatic their mv is. Or better not mv but mini drama. In the mv we don't get to listen only 'One Shot' but also 'Punch' (in the beginning when they are on the yacht) and 'Coma' (when they steal the money from the van). That's what I call an excellent fan service. The storyline of the mv goes like this : Our boys get involved in a gang fight when a gang abducts Youngjae and they request money to let him live. So B.A.P  make a plan, steal the money and go to take their member back. Now at this point is the highlight of the mv so pay attention.
When they give them the money the gang returns Youngjae back but they shoot him and he dies. This action leads to a gun fight and they all end up dead. It seems that the mv has come to an end but it goes backwards and shows another story. It shows the other version if the man hadn't shot which is that Youngjae was an undercover agent who wanted to catch B.A.P. So it shows that it really takes only One Shot to change the story. You only have One Chance to make things differently.
We also get to see their new choreography. I think the best way to decribe it is Wow! Those powerful movements, jumps and of course the push - ups! Seriously I wanna meet the choreographer and applaud him. Also Zelo has reach his own level of perfection. I mean no one can rap like him and the up and down jumps he did while he was laying down was daebak!
